folk is a French CRM built for small teams, agencies and solo founders who want a clean, spreadsheet-like contact list without the HubSpot weight. The pricing is per member per month - you can add as many members as you want, but you pay for each. Here is what each plan actually costs in rupees today, and who it is for.

folk pricing in Rs (October 2026)

  • Free trial: 2 weeks with all Premium features, no credit card.
  • No free plan. The FAQ hints at a limited free tier after cancellation, but the pricing page doesn’t advertise one.
  • Only credit cards. No UPI, no net banking.
  • Prices are USD-only; folk doesn’t publish an India price list.

folk's three-plan pricing page: Standard $24, Premium $48 (marked Most popular), Enterprise from $80 per member per month, billed yearly. folk’s live pricing page, October 2026 - straight from folk.app/pricing.

What you get in each plan

  • Standard - pipelines, Gmail/Outlook/WhatsApp/LinkedIn sync, 500 enrichments a month, AI Assistants (basic), 5,000+ integrations.
  • Premium adds - custom objects, email sequences, dashboards, API access, 1,000 enrichments/month, 5,000 messages/month per seat, full interaction history. This is the plan most teams actually need.
  • Enterprise adds - custom limits, security controls, group permissions, 1:1 onboarding, dedicated account manager.

The jump from Standard to Premium is where real work starts. If you want sequences or want to touch the API, Standard will frustrate you.

  • If you want the cheapest working CRM: HubSpot Starter at Rs 672/seat/month, or the free plan if you’re 2 people.
  • If you want a classic sales pipeline with the most features per rupee: Pipedrive Growth.
  • If you want folk’s clean, spreadsheet-feel UI and already live in Gmail/LinkedIn: folk Premium.

folk’s edge isn’t price. Its edge is that it feels less like software and more like a smart contact list. If that matters to you, it’s worth Rs 4,608. If you just need a pipeline, Pipedrive is cheaper and more powerful.

My honest recommendation

  • Solo founder / small agency: start with the free 14-day trial of folk Premium. If the UI clicks, upgrade to Standard. If you need sequences later, move to Premium.
  • Small sales team on a budget: go to Pipedrive Growth. More features per rupee.
  • Just want to try a CRM with no card: HubSpot free.

How I checked the folk price

  • Opened folk.app/pricing on 23 Oct 2026 (screenshot above).
  • Noted the three USD plans billed annually: $24, $48, from $80 per member/month.
  • Converted at the mid-market rate (Rs 96 / USD, from x-rates.com on the same day).
  • Checked folk’s own help pages and FAQ for seat limits (none - you add members at the per-seat price).
  • Cross-referenced the Pipedrive and HubSpot rates from each vendor’s own live pricing page (links above).
  • I do not have a paid folk account yet. This post is based on the public pricing page and the free trial; a trial-level dashboard review is coming next.

Last checked: 23 October 2026. I’ll update this post if folk, Pipedrive or HubSpot change their prices. Flag outdated numbers to hello@toolko.in.
