Privacy policy
Short version: toolko runs no ads, no analytics with cookies, and no reader tracking of any kind by default. The only data I ever see is what you give me on purpose (newsletter email, feedback) and what Cloudflare's privacy-safe server logs include.
What this site does NOT collect
- No Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel.
- No cookies set by toolko itself.
- No fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking.
- No sale of reader data. Ever.
What the site DOES see
- Server logs from Cloudflare (IP, user agent, URL requested) - standard for any website, kept short-term for abuse protection.
- Your email if you subscribe to the newsletter. Used only to send the newsletter. Unsubscribe link in every email.
- Affiliate click events - when you click a
/go/<name>link, the affiliate network (not me) can see you came from toolko. They don't see your identity.
Third-party embeds
The only external request from a page is sometimes a product logo loaded from Clearbit's logo API. Clearbit sees your IP when the image loads. If this concerns you, your browser's "disable third-party images" setting blocks it with no loss of content.
Your rights
- Email hello@toolko.in to see any data I hold on you (newsletter email is almost certainly all of it).
- Reply "unsubscribe" to any newsletter to be removed instantly.
- If a page here collects info I haven't disclosed, that's a bug - please report it.
